Gorgeous Anna Sui Anthropologie silk floral dress

Size 12 NWOT Anna Sui for Anthropologie "Rose and Hortensia" pale blue background w/ rose and hydrangea print silk dress. Spaghetti straps, empire waist and flowy skirt. Removed tags but never worn! Has been stored in a plastic garment bag to keep it safe, but no longer fits me. Needs a new home where she can be worn proudly!
