Huge blue quartz sterling silver ring

This is an amazing huge blue crystal quartz, cubic zirconia, and sterling silver ring. The color of the stone is aquamarine blue (in fact it looks like aquamarine). The ring crown is surrounded with round brilliant cut stones. I’ve called them cubic zirconia but they could be white zircon or white sapphire. The ring mount is stamped 925 for sterling silver. It is a size 7.0 and in unused vintage condition.
