bellastella1 Ok, they sit on the lower waist/ upper hips, the waist band is on an angle, the top part of the band is 14.5”, the bottom of the waist band is 15” ( measurement taken of flat front). Funny I never noticed but there is an adjustable elastic that you can use to pull in width if needed. I’ll take some pics and post I’m with the posting
