Sterling silver with rhinestones and 10k rolled gold on back of watch case. 17 jewels and blue hands. This is a 1950’s item so does display wear such as a missing rhinestone, scratches, the loop that could have held it on a chain is broken off, small nick on leaf as pointed out.
