Vintage 60's Paganne by Gene Berk Geometric Print Mod Dress Excellent condition Labelled a size 10 but fits more like a modern 6, or a 4 for a looser fit I'd say Some kind of synthetic material definitely, I think nylon 16.5" width pit to pit 39" length 14.5" shoulder width 20.5" sleeve length 14.5" waist across (where the horizontal lines are)
