Anthropologie Hazel Dress, Stripes, Rope Bead Belt

This cute Anthropologie dress, by the Hazel label, has an over-sized fit, and can be worn as a mini dress or a tunic top. It features narrow dark navy blue and cream stripes, a light beige/tan rope belt with chunky cream beads, and wide sleeves. The low scoop neck could be worn off the shoulder if desired.
