One exterior pocket, 7 interior pockets, 3 card slots, 2 pen holder straps & 1 wide multi-purpose strap. 2 interior snaps for adjustable closure. There are 2 areas (not easily visible) where the stitching skipped (see picks) but otherwise in excellent condition. Never used. 9” x 13”
