Free People sequin tank dress NWT size 12

Free People tank top cotton dress with sequins from Bloomingdale’s. size 12. skirt portion is lined too is stretchy cotton. Top portion is blue and waist band is black and sequins are both blue and black. Did not notice any missing sequins. Adjustable length shoulder straps. Though top has stretch I would say this runs small.
