Attention Getter Eccentric Sleeves Blouse

Stand out in this beautiful blouse with gorgeous mesh ruffled bell sleeves. Bodice slightly flares out. Top yoke is also mesh. Edge of sleeve ruffles has fishline to create extra volume. Color is off white, not pure white. Labeled as small. Chest across is 19". length from shoulder/neck point down is 23.5". Gently worn couple of times, I didn't see any flaws to would rise the concern. Gentle hand washing in cold water is recommended. Hang to dry.
