Wet Seal floral dress

This Wet Seal dress is so fun for the summer! Halter dress that ties at the neckline. *Please note that I can not find the small belt that goes with it. It was just a string that looked exactly like what you tie at the halter. As I clean out my closet, I will keep an eye out for it and included if it can be found.
