Portia & Scarlett Navy Gown Dress

Worn once, perfect condition. Shortened on the bottom. For reference, I am 5’4 and am wearing 4 inch heels, and it is still to the ground & long in the back. It is a portia and scarlett size 6 (see size chart pic) but for reference I am usually a true size M in tops and bottoms (my waist is 30 in).
