Fit: subtle empire waist, modest body contour, figure-flattering. *NOTE TO MY FELLOW SHORT PEOPLE: I originally thought this was a mini dress until I saw the same one (but different size) and several other VERY similar ones listed as “tunic.” It speaks to how short my mom and I are—it looks much more like a dress on us.
