This pretty teal colored blouse can be worn on or off your shoulders, it is sleeveless & the gathered fabric falls in what t looks like pleats, the layer around shoulders/gathered neckline flows down to a point in front as well as back..It is a soft lightweight knit & has abit of stretch..It was hard to photograph but trust me it is very flattering. Size m... excellent condition like new
