10k White Gold Star Burst Sapphire Ring PSCO. Marked 10 karat gold inside of the band. The ring size is a 5.75 in US sizing. It is missing one small accent stone. The rings main stone is a sapphire diopside starburst stone. Unsure if genuine or authentic and do not have the tools to test. Ring is tested 10k gold. Ring is otherwise in great shape! I ship ASAP! I also always accept best offers but will not go less then scrap value. 2.75 grams with stones. Possibly vintage. Happy buying!

My guess is that it’s real but lab-created star sapphire based on age and gold content. A $20 gem tester from Amazon should tell you if it’s corundum (sapphire) or not. Happy selling!
