10k White Gold Star Burst Sapphire Ring PSCO. Marked 10 karat gold inside of the band. The ring size is a 5.75 in US sizing. It is missing one small accent stone. The rings main stone is a sapphire diopside starburst stone. Unsure if genuine or authentic and do not have the tools to test. Ring is tested 10k gold. Ring is otherwise in great shape! I ship ASAP! I also always accept best offers but will not go less then scrap value. 2.75 grams with stones. Possibly vintage. Happy buying! No longer available

viennadiagram My guess is that it’s real but lab-created star sapphire based on age and gold content. A $20 gem tester from Amazon should tell you if it’s corundum (sapphire) or not. Happy selling!
