Forever 21 cut-out blue dress in good condition! It has cute cut-outs on both sides and leg slits on both sides, so it’s a nice way to show a little skin! It also has a zipper down the back, and lined on the top (but not the bottom). Signs of wear is wearing on the care label and maybe some light fading of the color, but no obvious flaws. This would be so cute for summer! Length is ~40 inches, it hits me right below the knee (5’3”)
