Ladies party dress!

Light blue party dress with scuba neckline, zipper and button up at the back and has a removable belt/ribbon. There is a open slit in the mid back between zipper and button. Top is lace/sparkles and bottom has tile ruffles. Bought this for an event that I never ended up wearing it too and now it’s too small in the chest area.
