Top is tight and can’t lift arms high . Below waist loose and flowing , flair skirt . Probably a size 10/12 . It was handmade and custom fit . Armpit to armpit 19” V neck 9” Top of shoulder to waist 19” Waist to hem 27” , came just below the knees, mid calf Sleeves 17 “ , to elbow .
