Elizabeth & James Black Velvet Pant/ Legging

These are high waisted with elastic stretch waist, bottoms are hook and eye closures, can be worn open or closed, they're in excellent condition, I wore them once, purchased at Neiman Marcus many moons ago, I did show an area the was sewn, can't really see it at all unless you're really looking....
