This dress is pretty cool. Haven't been anywhere to wear it so I thought I'd sell it. NEVER WORN Dress is thin, comfy, not see-through. It is cobalt/royal blue with white birds pattern.No flaws that I have noted. Elastic on sorta cap sleeves, but it's sorta sleeveless, too. Elastic at waistline. Elastic around neckline with a drawstring, which is pretty much for looks. You'll love it... even if you have sorta big boobies, or dont. Lol! Need any measurements, just ask.

valliekate @aidensmommy2018 adding pics for you. sorry just now seeing this. the waist, and the arms are elastic and very stretchy. seems to be a good bit of room in the bust. I am a bit bigger than a 36 D and I have room, and I have 5'4" and it hits me above the ankles.
