@sweetlilwitches hello! So, this dress was a bit difficult to get exact measurements on.. especially the hips because it is a full and flowy dress with an elastic waist. I added pictures so you can see where I measured! Like I said, the waist is elastic and I measured it not stretched, so there will be more room when you wear it 😊 let me know if you have any other questions!
