poshzosh10 I love what you’re doing!! I report at least 20 a day but like cockroaches they just multiply. They retaliated by stealing my photos and my account pic. I changed it and reported my pics stolen but nothing stops them. It makes me sad and angry that they have buyers who think they’re getting Authentic LV instead getting a $25 replica😡 All buyers have to do is go to LV website to see a $3000 bag would never sell for $300🤦‍♀️

karenmaehc @krempecki501 You Go Girl. I have reported the listing and the Posh User. I have also reached out via email using the contact link. I encouraged Poshmark to step up their game to purge these criminals off this site. I proposed to Poshmark that every High End Designer Piece be authenticated regardless of the dollar amount. That would immediately remove all these imposters from Poshmark.

karenmaehc @krempecki501 I wanted to communicate with you off that thread. This woman says a law was passed and then she says a ban was lifted. I don't think she has clear knowledge of IPR. She justifies her selling of Counterfeit Goods by sounding like a victim cause she can't afford LV or any other high end designer. She made the mistake of mentioning her Etsy Store. She has several Logo LV and Prada handbags. She is going to be surprised REPORTED

Well her bags are not knockoffs but counterfeits cause she is using the Registered Trademark Logos. And most of the counterfeits are coming from China, produced in sweat shops using child labor. How is that not huring anybody?

poshzosh10 @chaleymom I meant right about it being a computer program but ppl are running it. Most don’t answer questions I see potential buyers asking. Especially if they ask if it’s authentic. All the account pics are stolen unbeknownst to that person. They think they’re not hurting anyone but they’re lying to buyers by stating counterfeits are authentic.

poshzosh10 @chaleymom So true!! I actual go to the closets of Poshers who liked or asked questions about a counterfeit item. I warn them privately that item they’re interested in is fake and there are plenty of reputable LV/Gucci sellers on Poshmark to buy authentic from. Also, I suggest they go to LV and see the actual price that particular item sells for. I let them know LV never goes on sale and no such thing as wholesale LV.

karenmaehc @vintageaffairla I know Right. With the amount of money being spent to investigate reported abusers of IPR, it just makes sense to offer free authentication for all Luxury Designers. Or offer it to the top 10 Luxury Brands that are most often Counterfeited. Or lower the Free Authentication from $500 to $50. This would eliminate these Imposters right off of Poshmark very quickly. Problem Solved
