Vintage blouse by Orchid Rose. Padded shoulders, ruffled sleeve hem, split sides and covered buttons. I consider this cropped or it hits right at the waist. Color is an aqua blue or light teal. Fabric is an embossed floral print. Shoulder pads can be snipped away. Gently used, in almost new condition. Measurements: Length 21" Pit to pit 18" Sleeves 17"
