gpark032 @basicbae inseam is 22.5-23 in. Waist is about 31 in. but there's a drawstring so you can adjust. The shoulder straps are also adjustable. See the last pic for reference - that's from the last owner who is 5' 3" (I'm the same height) so should give you a good idea.
