sartorialme @mammakila Thanks for your interest! It's fully lined in a light cotton. All white clothes tend to be a little sheer, but it's not see through with proper undergarments (i.e. match your own skintone). I'm picky about all white clothes & always wear a half-slip or shaper myself. Pure white, not creamy. Waist is 13.5" laid flat & unstretched, but comfortably stretches to 15.5".
