Super cute, navy floral dress from iZ Byer. Buttons down the front to the slit. The slit is about knee height but I’m 5’4” and this puddles 3-4 inches on the floor on me. Flutter sleeves. The back few inches of the waistband are elastic, which includes a pull string to cinch around your natural waist. Pit to pit is 19 inches Waist is 15 inches

5seasonscloset @katie_0419 I’m so sorry I never saw this comment! The fabric does not have any give to it in my opinion. The back of the waistband is elastic so that will stretch but the fabric itself doesn’t really. I have some measurements in the description if that helps.
