poshednfound @lesleyscloset ok, I can get that for you in a minute. Do you need it for the small? (That's the size in the listing description, but I subsequently consolidated the M and L into this listing and have all 3 sizes.)

poshednfound @lesleyscloset the small measures 22", and the medium 23.5". I wear a small or XS in women's clothing, and the small fits me nicely over a thin base layer and sweatshirt with the perfect amount of extra room imo. I'm pretty sure it was summer when I got them though, and I didn't think the small was too big over a single light layer, of memory serves. I hope that helps! Let me know if you need the measurement on the large.
