j_anne @mom2aem Yes, I’d say it does. I’m 5”4 and it’s somewhat fitted but there’s also room for a layer underneath. It can be shipped tomorrow morning

j_anne @mom2aem I had the same one in black for quite awhile, it was pretty durable. This one’s material seems slightly more light weight, but I have worn it in the rain and it kept me dry and warm (from the wind). It’s been worn a couple of times, it just doesn’t really match me very well
