H&M Pleated Formal Dress

Worn once to a wedding. Size XXS. I would say this dress runs big as I am usually an XS in loose dresses and S in tight dresses at H&M. I wore a strapless bra and also wore 3 in heels and the dress almost touched the floor. For reference: I am 5’4, 32c, 25/26 in waist
