Smocked waist & smocked hem on bottom leg openings. Black, lightweight joggers by Aerie. Great condition, some wear inside, great on outside. I did see two very tiny snags like the last photo, really not noticeable (may be 1/2 more). The waist & bottom cuffs have elastic/smocking but the material itself is not stretchy. 100% Polyester, just my personal opinion but it kind like chiffon in texture. Would be great for lounging but also with the right accessories, would be able to dress it up too!
