Hi, do you happen to know what size the model is wearing?
convintageous
@chandrikam hi, I’m not sure, it could be a S or M. As it usually is. But these sweaters are so oversized that in my experience, selling quite a lot of Free People, the differences between sizes which is usually an inch, won’t make too much difference in this style.

@chandrikam I think many of their oversized clothing items could easily fall into the one size fits most category. I have a green maxi in my closet right now that I feel the same way about.

@convintageous Thank you so much! I appreciate it.

@chandrikam aww you are welcome 🙂

Hi there,
I was just wanting to be sure. This is an XL right? Some people are listing an oversized item as it could fit XL which is not the same. Thank you.
convintageous
@jstevrn no it’s a large. I did write the measurements though as it’s very oversized. I’m sorry that one of those people is me as I know for sure it would fit an XL also. The length is longer than most mini dresses at 33” and the bust is if I recall correctly 56”.

It’s a gorgeous sweater and does sound like it would fit. Thank you. I have trouble with tops because I am busty. Not a good thing!

@jstevrn lol most would disagree but I totally understand, what I would recommend as it is a fool proof way of seeing how it would fit is to measure a sweater that you are really comfortable in that fits you well. So the length is also important bc with a larger bust as you know it rises up more

Good idea! Thank you.

@jstevrn I think in that respect you’re good. And Free People, as well as, most companies actually use the same length in S-XL. Then the most important for you would be pit to pit. One thing about this brand, when they make an oversized silhouette, it’s oversized to the nth degree. I think that’s part of the appeal. The clothes are not only gorgeous, they are comfortable.

@jstevrn 56” is extremely roomy for the bust area. I was telling a lady the other day that I was measuring an XL Jean jacket to list, and the Pit to Pit was 23” w which made it 46”. And this was a jacket made to wear over other clothes. It had a reg. cut. So I would assume that 46” is about average for an XL.

@jstevrn lastly, the hemline is 50” around. It falls below the thighs, so since you look relatively slim and didn’t mention a Kardashian hour glass figure😆, I believe that should be more than enough.

@jstevrn it’s also stretchy and the measurements were taken flat without pulling the fabric at all

@jstevrn your welcome🙂
