Vintage Taiwanese Cottagecore Dress. Excellent used condition, no stains/rips, few loose threads. Smocked bodice w/decorative pearl buttons over a tiered skirt. White w/black polka dots! Adjustable drawstring waistband. Semi-sheer, attached half slip. No brand or fabric content tags, feels like cotton. There's a tag "12", fits like US XS. Bodice and waist are very stretchy.
