VTG Secretary Dress M

Vintage late ‘70s/early ‘80s secretary dress in very good condition with only a loose thread or two. It features beautiful detailing with fabric covered buttons and a belt to match. The previous owner seems to have added the hook between the second and third buttons. 100% polyester georgette. The label says size M, but please refer to measurements since it is vintage.
