This gorgeous dress just sparkles. It is black with a taupe underskirt, and added crinoline slip for extra poof. This dress has a beautiful v-neck, cut out back, and deep pockets. Lovely lace detail at the hem. Belt is included. Pit to pit laying down is 20". Waist side to side is 15.5" EUC

@scutes I just noticed that I pictured it with a belt, but that was just a belt I used. So sorry...I should have stated no belt. That was my mistake. It originally just came with a ribbon belt.
