Vintage Floral 80s or 90s Skirt Made in W. Germany

This is a colorful skirt from eighties or very early nineties by St Michael. Made in West Germany. The main color is pinkish red, with purple, yellow, and blue flowers. The fabric has crinkle micro-pleats in addition to larger pleats. Size is equal to US size XS (0-2). Measurements are as follows: 24" around top of waistband, 28" around bottom of waistband, and 28" overall length. It's in great condition except for 1 tiny hole seen in the last photo. Hole is not visible while wearing. Skirt has 1 on-seam pocket.
