laurasvanity @elizzabeth1234 no its not elastic. The shorts however do have an elastic band, theres a photo of the shorts in my closet (also sold separately). They are just stretchy navy blue elastic waist shorts that go under the dress. I dont have a pic of the headband at the moment, I may be able to take one at some point we are just very busy. Its a plastic headpiece with an elastic band
