This is a lovely skirt with lots of wear left. 28" waist that stretches a bit to pull on over hips, and had lining underneath. There is a small discoloring dot near top of waistband (shown in photo) but not very noticeable, especially since this looks great with a tank that would cover it. Very airy and walks beautifully.
