Fringed faux leather skirt - size S

I'm super crushed that this gorgeous skirt doesn't fit me properly! The waist measured flat is 16", hips are 18" and the length is 18". It is fully lined and fabulous! Small imperfection shown in last pic where one little fringe has ripped off - I had to look really hard to find this. Easy to wash too! Smoke free home and I recycle packaging wherever possible.
