Vintage 80’s Mermaid Dress with Winged Overskirt

This exquisite dress screams Hitchcock heroine. The slinky matte black dress is cut to follow your curves like a film noir lounge singer with a strapless sweetheart neckline, light boning for shape, and decadent faux pearl appliqué. Attached at the hips is an elegant white skirt with stiff netting underneath that circles the back for a ball gown effect. Excellent vintage condition with a couple of discolored spots near hem, probably treatable. Fits like XS Laying flat: 16” pit to pit 14” waist
