Summer Halter 👗 dress with embroidered flowers

Reposhing this item I purchased from @liciaswardrobe. Loved it, but it’s too small for me unfortunately. So feminine and pretty 😍. Zipper at side tie up halter white with lovely pink flowers with delicate green leaves stitched into fabric. Pit to pit 15”. Says it’s a 9/10 but fits more like a 6/8. Questions?
