VINTAGE ALABASTER OWL MCM PAPERWEIGHT FIGURE-ITALY

This adorable wide eyed fellow is genuine alabaster, made in Italy. Measuring 3”, he is intricately carved, has amazing, lifelike glass eyes, & is in earthy shades of chocolate brown, tans, & burnt sienna. In EVC, consistent with age, he has a doink on his cheek & eyebrow, most probably from us kids not being able to keep our hands off of Nonna’s critters growing up in the 60’s & 70’s! Alabaster is weighty, so he’s great for a paperweight, but equally awesome as an accent decor piece!
