monisia18 @rosamarzi I also wanted to add that I just spoke with my local store and they advised that you do not need a proof of purchase. You make an appointment and they can polish on the spot for you free of charge or if they deem the scratches are too deep, they can send it out. If they deem they need to send out, there is a fee. Hope this helps!
