Elan Beach Tube dress Sz L

A cute summer tube dress by Elan Beach . Pink , elastic waist , ruffle across the chest . Definitely runs small . I am 5’3 130 lbs . Seen in pics wearing it. No rips or stains , a little string pull ( see pic! ) otherwise looks good. Comes with the Brown belt . Purchased at a boutique in St. Pete Florida . Really flowy and light to wear . Approximate measurements: 30” top to bottom, 12” across the waist . Elastic in the waist so very forgiving 😀.
