Vintage 80's does 40's navy shirt dress

Size Small Has an elastic waist so might fit a small medium as well. Lots of feminine detailing on this sharp dress! Has a cute peter pan round collar, pin puck pleats down the front, and contrasting white buttons and lace. The material is fairly lightweight and semi sheer. Belt not included.
