freepeople @kittypeterson Hi there! So the size guide is what you measure yourself against to determine what size should be your best fit. The actual measurements of an item will vary depending on how it's suppose to fit. The size Small has a 46" bust (measured all the way around...it seems large, but that's what it will be able to accommodate due to the stretchy smocking). I'd expect each additional size to be roughly 1" larger.
