Blue modcloth dress

Cute dress from the Azalea brand on Modcloth. Worn once as a bridesmaid dress but has been in hanging in my closet since. Navy blue in color with some marks on the hem of the skirt. They look like they'll wash out pretty easily. See pictures for details and measurements. Side zipper closure. No stretch.
