jcosta2 @downtonabby87 hi! From the shoulder to the bottom it’s about 32 or 33 inches (because of the scallop hem) The bust is 18inches across. It’s 95% polyester and 5% spandex so it definitely does have some stretch. It’s not a tight fitting “stretchy dress” but there’s definitely some give. Hope this helps!
