Vintage 1942 Coffee Server Wood Handle

Measures about: 8" long with handle x 4 1/4" tall x 3 wide bottom This is stamped "1942 MCA" with a house on the bottom. I would like to believe that its a WW2 military coffee server but it is not stamped like similar ones for its time period, so can't confirm that. There is some tarnishing on it and inside is also. The handle is lose but does not fall out, wood does expand and contract so it might come lose one day. With that said its super cool and modern looking for something so old!
