ISO stud earrings like this one (please see descr)

I unfortunately lost the other stud earring to this pair & looking for another pair like this one. Somehow the backing became lose & the earring fell off. These are my favorite pair & were given to me by a coworker a long time ago. The are 8 pronged. I do not know the maker as they were gifted to me. The backing does say 925 on them (sterling). I'm pretty sure it's cubic zirconia. I think the design that is holding the stud is lotus but I'm not positive. Any help would be so appreciated.
