designbydesign @cj24c96 the waist is 23 inches. I would not consider this a 3/4. This is a size 0. Even when I was wearing size 2 I did not fit in these. Literally a size 0. No give in the leather. These are vintage North Beach Leather. Once the best leather shop in Miami but we had one in Houston.
