Double pockets on front as seen in 3rd pic. Button tabs on shoulders. Storm flap on back as well as front. Water resistant as well! Great for spring rain. Easy care too! Very good used condition. HI, does this coat have a hood? If yes, could you measure the sleeve at the closest point to the shoulder? Is a belt included?

shoulder width is 21" across, sleeve length is 22.5" . It does not have a hood.
